Gargoyles will be closing in on both of your detachments, as well, so it’s time to start taking them out. The enemy will continue teleporting Witches south to engage, but they’re not much of an issue for your Snipers/Bow Knights. Then continue pushing north, going not much further than the north end of the stairs. During the enemy’s turn, they’ll send some of the Gargoyles over to attack your northeast detachment, so form a wall with your high-defense units up there to keep your magic units safe. Move the rest of your units to the west as you prepare to move north, as always, keeping a solid front of high-defense units. It’s time to move in before things get too far out of hand, so move Python west to bring the Arcanist down (pick him off with literally any other unit if Python doesn’t kill him), then have Tobin take down the Witch. They’ll send one Witch down to greet you, and the Cantor will summon a bunch of those pesky Gargoyles. At this point, you’ll only have the Arcanist left to worry about for now. Finally, have Silque destroy the other Gold Knight, who should be weakened from his own actions during the enemy turn, with Seraphim. Have Clair destroy the single Bow Knight who rode down from the north, then use the one-two punch of Alm and Gray to destroy whichever of the two Gold Knights has the most health. He’ll all but defeat that enemy, so you can now focus on the enemy to the west. You can now have Lukas retreat to the west (you want him close to the western enemy unit now), then have Kliff (preferably equipped with Ridersbane) engage with the last remaining Bow Knight to the east. Have Tobin Heavy Draw the Arcanist into oblivion, then have Python pick off whichever of the remaining Bow Knights he can kill. Just what we need! You can no longer ignore the enemy to the west, but you should continue to focus most of your efforts on the enemies to the east. Things are going to start heating up now: not only will the units on the left now be within striking distance, but Hestia, the Witch at the fortress atop the fall, will begin summoning in more Witches. Tighten up your western front, then give the enemy their turn. Then have Clair move in to pick off the Gold Knight Lukas just weakened. Keep him situated where he is so the enemy on the bridge can’t cross over to reach you. Have Tobin attack any Gold Knight who’s been sufficiently wounded by Lukas to be killed, then have Lukas engage with the next Gold Knight. It seems you’re about to be surrounded, but worry not: keep moving your units to the east for now so you can hold a strong line while focusing on the enemies to the southeast. When your turn comes around again, Lukas will be surrounded by enemy units and some of the more mobile enemy units from the northwest will have moved south to engage. Star by moving Tobin and Kliff as far to the east as they can go, then have Silque Warp Lukas as far east as she can and have him stand at the east end of the bridge, which will stop any units from crossing over (if you haven’t already, equipping him with the Hexlock shield is a very good idea as it’ll raise his resistance considerably… useful for the Arcanist who’ll target him.) Move any other units you want to use for this fight as far east as they can go, then form a solid line with your smaller unit and end your turn. Since you’ll need to defeat everyone enemy unit to complete the battle, it’s best to keep your northeast detachment out of harm’s way for now, using your southwest group to defeat the small group of six enemies on the southeast of the map, then flank the main detachment on the northwest when you’re ready to move in on them. The enemy is also scattered across the map as well, but unfortunately their strongest force is situated to the northwest, near your smaller detachment. You’ll start this battle with your units being split up between two detachments: a main force situated on the southwest, with a smaller one on the northeast.
